AEM Brute Force Intake on my JK

I just bought my first JK at the end of January...I've only made a few minor mods. I changed out the amber side marker and turn signal lights for clear lenses...wired the side markers to blink with the turn signals...and replaced the stock intake with an AEM Brute Force intake system. I've also ordered the MBRP offroad catback exhaust system; so I'll be putting that on when it gets in. My plan is to take care of the performance mods before I start beefing up the rig itself. After the exhaust comes the gears...plan on changing from the stock 4.10 gears that come in the Rubicon to 4.88 gears. Please feel free to give me your opinions and thoughts. As a new jeep owner, I welcome the input from several of you veterans.

Here's a pic of the engine bay after the CAI went in.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. For me, there were no significant increases in power or gas mileage; however, I think that the sound change was great. You could definitely hear a more throaty rumble when opening it up.

I knew going into it to not expect much on the performance end, but the purchase was worth it to me just for the aesthetics of the kit rather than the factory intake. But I'm one of those guys that likes the engine to look just as good as the outside of the jeep. They are fun to get dirty, but they clean up nice too. Ha.
