AEV 2.5" Lift?

Just had an AEV 2.5" lift kit installed on my 2014 JKUR. With factory bumpers I only got a 2 inch lift in the front and a one and a half inch lift in the back. Is this what I should have expected? Not a true Two and a Half inch lift over all? Anyone else experienced this?

Not all Jeeps are the same bud, don't always expect to get desired heights. A tip coming from someone who owns a 4x4 shop.

What AEV did you use? I've never heard of one of their spring lifts not coming in higher than quoted on a stock vehicle. Their lifts are calculated for heavy bumpers and a winch.

This. I put the AEV 2.5" on my loaded 4dr Rubicon and got about 3". Maybe you got 2dr springs by mistake?

I'm also inclined to think you had the 2 door version installed, compare this list of spring numbers I had taken from someone with a similar issue on the AEV forums.

The 4 door spring numbers are as follows:

Fronts
On the box label: Nth 21110AB
On the springs: Nth SPRG21220B

Rears
On the box label: Nth 21120AB
On the springs: Nth SPRG22220B
