Depends on what your current spring rates are. Look at your springs and you'll see a tag on top with a series of #'s and letters. The last two #'s are the spring rate...if you've got 17-19's up front, and 58-60's rear, you've got fairly stiff springs for a stock Wrangler.
However, you'll lose probably 1/2" or so by adding the AEV bumper, and more if your springs are of the weaker variety.
You can buy stiff stock springs (19/60) from Mopar for ~ $140, IIRC. Another option is to purchase a TeraFlex Leveling kit, which will raise your Jeep 2" in front and 1" in rear (via spacers), and eliminate your Jeep's rake.
Unless you plan on adding a more comprehensive lift in the future, I'd do one of those two things.
