When I ordered mine I was asked if it was for a 2012.

If you order from the AEV website you will get the 2012 model period. Some other vendors may still have the older version in stock and they will not work correctly with the 2012. The box will have a 2012 sticker on it if it is.

An FYI...my story
I have a 2010 Sport...last Wednesday, I came outta work to find the passenger rear tire flat and the sensor gone (it was inside the tire)...took it to my tire guy to put a regular tire stem on the rim so I had a spare again...he said here in up, up, upstate N.Y., the snow and heavy salt corrodes the threads on the sensor stem (and they were almost gone, visibly)...scary if I was cruising at 75 mph on the interstate and that happened...
Before winter comes, I will pull the remaining sensors and install standard stems...and ProCal the ECU to zero pressure...then check my tire pressure on a regular basis, like I have the last 44 years of driving...
Just something to think about if you drive in the snow.....

I tried to change 2012 wheels to our new 2013. No luck as sensors have different frequency. Bought another AEV Procal to set pressure to -0- and shut off chimes and light. Driving since 1967 so don't need Obozo government telling me tires are low on air! Screw Washington DC!
