AEV Tire Carrier Or Teraflex

I am leaning towards the AEV rear bumper again for my next build. I was really impressed with the quality. I had the AEV tire carrier and it was great as well. The Teraflex carrier with adjustable mount looks good as well. The price for the carrier is about the same, depending on if I go with the rear bumper or not. Just looking for some input.

I liked the fact I could carry a shovel on my AEV, but did not like the fact the tire was just a bit off center. I do understand the reason for the tire being off center though. I really did not need the mast, but I guess if I ever wanted to add lights, it would be nice.

I've always had a thing for AEV. Their quality and attention to detail is by far some of the best. A lot of people think they are way overpriced, but they are still very nice.

EDIT - I also like how the tire carrier opens with the door instead of separately.

I have this same dilemma, teraflex carrier will probably be $200 cheaper though once you factor in shipping on the AEV carrier. I think I'm going with teraflex because of their accessory mount. I dont like the CB mount for the AEV and the mast will look funny unless you put the light on it.

I like the teraflex mount because its centered but I like everything else on the AEV carrier as well as my 10A bumper being designed to accept it.

AEV for me. I love the fuel caddy, and the mast was great for mounting my third brake light. I too like the fact that it swings with the door, in one easy motion. Top quality!
