They both do the same, allow better air flow. Its boils down to looks and price tag. Save yourself over $100, and chk the classified section and go used. Tubing is usually in excellent shape, ull just hv to cleaned the filter. Then it's good as new
I Stay clear of Posers, Puddle Jumpers & Catalog Cruisers!
That's pretty solid advice. (Looking for a used one) I personally rock the Banks intake. But of the two that u mentioned based off of my research the aFe seems to be well developed. I know folks seem to like the airaid as well.
2012 Crush JK Rubicon. Teraflex 2.5" coil w/fox shocks & 1" rear TF spacers. TF monster front and rear track bar. 315 75r16 duratracs on level 8 zx wheels. LOD armor lite mid w/engo 10000s. Lots of other goodies.
The AFE would be my choice. K&N gets a pass from a lot of people but their filters just dont filter well enough. Used oil analysis on engines that run K&N filters typically show way high silica content. I used to run them on everything. But not anymore. Actually I would prefer AEM if they make one.
My wife has the aFe on her '13. It's a very simple install which is a topic that is a very big gripe I have against the AirRaid.
There is a HUGE minus: The air temp sensor mounting in the aFe is very unstable and pretty much insulting. Air will get into the intake through the air temp sensor hole. This is bad for your engine and you'll know its happening when you hear a whooooooooosh at low rpms. We fixed this by using black RTV sealant around the air temp sensor base. We also bought a spare air temp sensor to use in the stock intake if that ever needs to be returned to the vehicle for warranty work.
I do recommend the aFe because its very simple but take care with the air temp sensor.
You might consider the Banks but if you are looking for sound then understand the Banks has a resonance chamber as well as a boxed-in air filter. Both of these things greatly reduce sound. Since the only reason to get an intake is for sound - there are very little or no performance gains - you might be disappointed.

Looking to buy a cold air intake and seeing what is favored.
Are you buying it for looks, or for performance gains? If for looks, then go with whichever one is most pleasing to your taste. If for performance gains, buy none - they don't do anything quantifiable on Chrysler V6 engines.
