aftermarket top doesn't fit well on one side?

hello, aftermarket top just seams to be short from side to side on my 2010 jk 4 door. it has no give at all and the cable inside is tight as well but the right side rear door surround is not covered by a little over 3/4" and the window will not velcro at the top because of it as well. anyone know what to do on this issue?
