aftermarket tweeters

like everyone else here i enjoy modifying stock things...basically because stock jus sucks. the last thing i had to do with the audio in my jeep was the tweeters and last night i installed the Soundstream 1" tweeters. im not going to lie, for $25 and about 30mins of wiring and trimming i dont think you can really beat these.

all i did was trim the factory tweeter housing a lil bit to where the soundstream housing fit nice and snug and it went right in. IMHO they dont look have bad and sound really freakin awesome. kinda like they shoulda been there in the first place.

theyre honestly so clear, you can almost hear the drum stick woosh through the air.lol

Do you have to remove the entire Dash to have access to the tweeters, or do you just remove the tweeter cover to expose them?

on my 2013, the tweeter housing is molded into the dash. all i did was took a small screwdriver and pulled the stock one out, and pulled the side panel of the dash off and that exposed everything.
