Aligning the JK

Would like to hear from those who have done the toe in alignment themselves. I have read the write up on how to adjust the toe link and straightening the steering wheel but is this really all there is to aligning a JK?
Is there anything that a dealership or off road service garage can do in addition that I cannot?

That's really all there is to it... The friends who lifted Treyngler's aligned it, but he was still concerned so he paid to have it done again right after. They didn't change anything. Told him he needed a bunch of new parts related to camber and castor and such, but the actual alignment was fine.

Were they recommending that he needs to get UCA or LCA because of the lift?

Aww heck, Idk... Sorry. Basically I think they were recommending that we line their pockets more than we already had... They had behaved in a similar fashion about my differential fluid that had less than 3k miles on it....
