Alignment question

Front caster 3.9 and 4.1 awesome
Front camber -.03 and -.06 gusset time
Total toe .18 ok

Now the rear. Before the adjustment of the rear TB, it was showing .033 left and 0 right toe.
Thrust angle was .017

Now .014 and .014 toe. Thrust angle is 0

What's up with the rear toe ? Looks like he compensated by shifting the axle to the driver side 3/4" or so.

I've been having issues with the rear axle. Wondering if the housing could be tweaked.

Thoughts

I'm a bit lost after the old standard caster, camber and toe. If the rear axle is off zero in toe wouldn't it mean it is either bent or manufactured out of spec? I can't imagine the tolerance is very large. As I see it there is no adjustment?

Correct. Earlier research leads me to believe it was manufactured like this. Im seeing specs worse then mine.

Here's my pre/post alignment figures after I put my lift on. (adjustable front upper CA's & trackbar). I'm curious, what was your comment about the gussets coming from? My front camber is similar to yours, I'm assuming it's supposed to be closer to 0 then and something is getting bent? I've done no hard wheeling, and am on 32's right now. Just some rough dirt roads, slow crawling on rutted trails, and the usual poorly maintained CA roads and highways.

You would not want to weld gussets on with bent C's. Im not really sure they can be straightened if bent.

Lol that didn't quite answer my question. I was trying to figure out why you listed your camber spec and then mentioned gusset time. Thought maybe you meant they were starting to get out of spec and needed to gusset them before they did.

Well sort of. I still have issues but excited to see nothing is bent

Neh.... They look great.

Before I changed out my balljoints, right camber was over 1.0.
Hasn't see a alignment rack since.
