Put it in 4wd and drive through your yard. MAN UP!

winch on stock bumper

Hey JK'n would you mind posting a pic of your winch setup? I am a stocker at this time due to the "trickle in" fund syndrom that has been described here! But I would sure like to set up with a winch.
Thanks, Dale

Hi Dale,

Sure, here is a link to my install thread. It is not complete yet but there is enough description there to give you a clue about what it involves. Jeep....gotta love it. The help on this forum is great. Helped me to get going on this project.

Jeeps are great the way they come from the factory. To me, all the giant wheels and tires and lifts take away from it's looks and practicality and driveability. I like stock, or close to it.

dude, its YOUR jeep. If you like it stock thats YOUR choice and it doesnt make you any less of a jeeper. why do a bunch of mods and spend a bunch of cash on things you dont feel you will use. Put tthat money to good use..... GAS to bomb around in it. If you ever find you need mods later for a bit tougher trails do them then. But Jeeps are pretty capable stock and it doesnt make you any less a jeeper to drive one that way.

Know where you're driving and you won't get stuck.

As long as you wave at other jeepers you're good in my book. I can't stand waving at 20 people and only 1 waves back.
