Red face Antifreeze for 2013, what kind ?

Somewhere here I read that 2012 and 2013 are using different type of antifreeze. Looks like we have something similar to what we have with the engine oil for 2012 and 2013.
If you remember : 2012 is 5W-30 and 2013 is 5W-20.
Remind you : same engine
Can anyone here point me in right direction what Antifreeze should I buy in case I have to add to my radiator ?
If you could, give me the name of the brand and where to find it, so I don't have to beat my head off the wall figuring out all of the specified chemicals and percentage of glycol.
Did some search here and came up with nothing.
Thanks in advance.

Here's what it says in your owners manual, pg 581:

The manufacturer recommends using MOPAR
Antifreeze/Coolant 10 Year/150,000 Mile Formula
OAT (Organic Additive Technology) or equivalent.

Yes, I saw that, but looks like I am too stupid to figure out wtf is "equivalent"
Equivalent to what ? Some Organic BS ?

Ok I found the part # for Mopar OAT 50/50 pre mix : 68163849AA
Something is telling me this is not going to be cheap.
Now if I could only find where to buy it.
This is quite sickening with this OAT bullshit. There is no way in hell that any normal person would wait 10 years for the replacement.
