Any 2 door owners using this for storage?

I just took measurements, seems almost perfect fit.

Academy - Plano® XXL Storage Trunk

I may go pick on up tomorrow night.

No, but I have been using this one for a couple years now. WalMart and less than $40. Flip the seat forward and fits perfect!

I trying to find an option for mine but 18" is too wide. I am looking for something closer to 12-14 wide and no more then 8-10" deep.

Rics are you trying to get it to fit with back seat in place?

This is what I use. It's a Rubbermaid Action Packer. The big one, I take my seat out and this replaces it. Still leaves enough room for a small cooler to fit between it and the tailgate. Might be more than what you're looking for.

Does this lock Weedhopper? Is it the sturdy plastic?

Sort of. I did or at least had fabricated a single rear seat to have one extra seat because that all I needed yet gives a lot more room, especially for my golf clubs lol. So I want it to go behind the seat yet give me the storage. I even thought if I could get the right fit, is to cut a hole in the bottom and remove the storage panel as to make it deeper.

It does lock at the red handle. It's not as sturdy as I would have liked, but it's big. I needed something big for a trip to FL. I cut holes in the bottom so the loops that hold the rear seat down would fit thru so I could secure it.

This is exactly what I am looking to do. I wanted it to be the rigid plastic though, as this would somewhat become a permanent fixture, exposed to direct sunlight a lot.

Well if you're headed to wally world, check em out, they sell them there. That's the 48 gl. size. It's thin wall plastic but the way they are made make em pretty sturdy. You can stand on them no problem. We've used other size ones for camping for years.
