Any product that protects the top of the sides?

Is there anything out there that is marketed to protect the sides from clumsy idiots like me who are constantly dinging and scraping them when taking the hardtop on and off? Something like a black rubber strip would be great and would also look pretty sharp too. If not, I'm considering laying a strip of plastidip down, but I would like something that is purpose made.

Surely there is something out there amidst the thousands of other aftermarket parts.

It would appear bedliner or plastidip are my only options

I'd be interested in knowing if plastidip protects this area!

IME plasti-dip doesn't hold up to much abuse.

Have you thought about maybe some clear vinyl wrap?

No. To be honest, I haven't heard of it.

Is there a link to a product you could recommend?

Like so:
12"X60" Clear Bra Paint Protection Film Vinyl Wrap Invisable Scratches Shield | eBay

Do some YouTube searches on how to vinyl wrap.
