any regrets with your color choice

I looked at a 2010 Unlimited Rubicon today in white. The vehicle is equipped exactly the way I want it. So what is holding me back? Do I really want a Jeep in white? Any opinions from white Jeep owners? Have any of you purchased your vehicles then said I wish I had bought it in the.........color?

I've always been a fan of white. Plus it will hide a fair amount of trail rash (unless your rash cuts deep ). Go for it.

I have a dark blue wrangler and I wish that I had the white. I don't mind the mud (which looks just as good on white) I just hate the water spots from rain and the constant dust covering it. I would definately go with white next time. It is very forgiving. Go through the profiles and look around.

White is a very good color. Had several vehicles in that color and never regretted it.

I don't ordinarily like white cars/trucks, but a white Jeep just is awesome looking to me, there are some picture threads here I'm sure with black/white Jeeps. Take a look, I LOVE the white with black accents on a Jeep.....

Intense Blue Metallic (See avatar or Jeep Profile), and I have no regrets whatsoever. I bought exactly what I wanted If the Rubi's would have come out a year earlier I'd have been in one of those tho.

White is a sharp color on a Rubi, I really like the white one. I went Silver, not necessarily my favorite but I felt it was a good way to go.

Look at it like a horse, we always say two things 1. a good horse is never a bad color
2. you can't ride color.
I'd say the same rules apply to a jeep.

I went looking for a black or red. I found a red rock with exactly the features I wanted. I really love the color and wouldn't want any other.

Went with silver.. Love it! The color looks good clean or dirty! No regrets, in fact the next one will be silver too.

I think the Rubi, having black fenders, looks great in white.

Another vote for Jeep green but I happen to favor the darker colors for some reason...although any Wrangler, in my book, is a thing of beauty...I agree on the silver and white colors hiding the dirt and dust well...mud...well that's another story altogether...

I get ribbed constantly about my Jeep not matching the trailer.
If I had the keys to the Way-Back-Machine, I'd get a white Unlimited Rubicon.

I like black . . . last 3 vehicles have all been black . . . it's a PITA, shows every scratch, water spot, etc, but there's just something about black that kicks ass! I'm not fan of white (growing up...all the cute chics drove either white Jeeps or Mustangs . . . kinda stuck in my head that white is for chics), but the silver is pretty cool though as it really does a good job hiding scratches, etc. At the end of the day, other than that nasty sinus infection snot color that the JKs started coming out with or the old purple or teal, it's hard to go wrong . . . even yellow, possibly the worst car color ever, looks good on a Jeep.

I've had lots and lots of vehicles, most of them company vehicles, and a rough count reveals that at least 14 of them were white...
As a 6'5" 280 pound bald guy, I've never been confused for a "cute chic"..
Although my other vehicle right now gets called cute all the time.

wanted white, but not available in 09 sahara (didn't need the rubi extras). ended up going the other extreme to black. I like it, but would still prefer white.

We're looking to buy also. Color choices in order: White, Silver, Yellow, Ruby Red.
Like the Dark Blue too, except I'm tired of the constant looking dusty or dirty with the least amount of driving.

Hmmmm.....I had a feeling you'd say that. Seems like your Sahara is slowly being converted to a Rubi .

To the OP: My neighbor has a white jeep. Looks fine and dandy. Don't know if that is the color I would choose. My Rubi had all the features I wanted and then some. I asked the dealer for red rock and they got me one from about 150 miles away. I think I must be a jeep whore because I was just too easy at the dealer.

I love my yellow. it was the only option avialable and had to pay the extra 250 for it. It hasn't had a bath in almost a year and from 10 feet away you can't even really tell its dirty. I plan to hit it with some bed liner in black around the flares and down the sides and the bumpers just havn't had the time to get to it.
