Anybody familiar with Olympic Xteme Double Sliders

Is anybody familiar with these sliders/steps?

Olympic 4x4 Products 271-171 - Olympic 4x4 Products Xtreme Double Slider Bars for 07-13 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited JK 4 Door - Quadratec

Seems they can be install in either the up or down position> I would use them in the down position for a step for my kids.

If you are familiar with them, how are they in regards to fit, finish, durability, etc.? Thanks.

That looks like the one I have on my JK and you can't install it upside down.
Some of the holes didn't line up and there are 3 L type brackets that bolts to the slider and hooks up to the door sill, on one side I got 3 of them installed and on the passenger side I only got 2.The 3rd one sits so high I couldn't close the door.
As far as the finish its fairly durable and its built tough for It saved me a few times when I'm out wheeling.

Rogerg - I think I saw in your profile that you have a 2 door with the body armor rock sliders. Those are real similar to the Rock Hard 4x4 rock sliders I looked at as well. What's your thoughts on them?

The body armor is just a step/slider it doesn't wrap up higher to the body like the Olympic.I got the body armor because I wanted to keep the stock Rubicon slider.

It's beefy and strong.It supported the weight of the TJ when I had it jacked up on a hilift when I replaced my coil springs.
