Anyone found a decent Sub/amp for the factory enclosure?

I have a JKU10A with the 430N and I searched the site looking, but didn't find what I was looking for. Has anyone found a good Sub that will fit the factory enclosure? I know little about this, but I could see putting a dedicated sub amp under the rear passenger seat and a decent 8" sub within the factory enclosure. I would really rather use the factory enclosure if possible.

I have 20' of air hose coiled up inside of my factory sub box. That's about the only practical use for it I could come up with for it. Yeah yeah I know it doesnt help you any, someone will gladly tell you exactly what you need shortly........

I'm here to participate. I didnt come all this way just to watch.

I have a 8"JL sub in there. All he had to do was build a new grill for it. Sounds great.

The JBL GTO804 fits in the enclosure, and is a pretty decent unit. I'm a big fan of JBL stuff - you're not going to get competition sound from an 8" sub in a plastic enclosure, but this does a very competent job.
Hold my beer and watch this.......

I went down this road a few months ago. Ended up trying the JBL and the Kicker that floats around this board. Never was really happy with either. I ended up getting a Sundown Audio 10 inch in a ported box, and to be honest, if i crank it up it can be just too loud. I'm happy with it. I tried everything with the factory enclosure. Dynamat, fiber fill, calking the seams. I just couldn't get the sound I wanted out of it and it rattled like hell.

Good Sub and Amp

I put in a JL 8" sub-woofer model W1V2 along with a 5-chan Kenwood amp model X700-5. The JL kicks.
