Anyone have this soft top issue

Does anyone have this issue where the back window doesn't come all the way down? It sucks big time when it rains so I put my long umbrella in the back to push it out so the rain doesn't get in.

Awwww really? darn it! I have no extra parts so the dealer must have kept it. Does anyone have a pic of what it looks like? Or any alternate solutions would be awesome!

I bought a 2008 2 weeks ago and it has both tops. I put the soft top on this week and found out I was missing both tailgate brackets. Called the dealer yesterday(6 hours away), hopefully they are going to ship them. I even bought from a jeep dealership, you'd think they would have caught it.

The clips attach to the tub on either side of your tailgate, and hold the bar in place. There's a right side and a left side...you should end up with the bar, and two retaining clips.
