Anyone NOT have problems with their Wrangler?

Wow, if someone were to read through these threads they would be scared poopless to buy a Jeep. Every other thread is about a problem. So I think it would be nice to see how many folks have enjoyed trouble free Jeep ownership. Thanks!

The thing to remember is that people here are fanatical. This board is really no different than any other dedicated to a specific vehicle. My wife drives a sienna mini van and reading that board you would think they are garbage too. I drive a titan and those owners are just as fanatical as jeep owners. By the nature of message boards you will get a higher concentration of folks with issues. I'm saving for my jeep now and thanks to this board i know exactly where the common weak points are. Every vehicle has issues. EVERY ford i have ever owned (4 of them) has had electrical issues forexample.

2100 miles on '13 JKU, no issues yet
1200 miles on '13 JK, only have one issue: filling the gas tank at certain gas stations where the springs on the filler nozzle aren't long enough.

Also,

Had 22000 miles on '11 Compass, only had a broken seat belt receiver/clicker thing.

Had 99000 miles on an '03 Liberty, had the usual small issues with hose leaks and radiator crack, nothing big at all.

Admittedly, I'm scared about what the future is with our wranglers but so far so good.

I sorta figured this was the case, thanks. After reading these threads I started getting a little nervous about plunking down $40k and just needed some good folks to talk me of the ledge. I've had a Nissan XTerra for 142,000 pretty much trouble free miles so I am pretty spoiled.

Thanks everyone! Hopefully this will help some other new owners too.

Other then my top leaking, a case of the death wobble, finicky edisco, coolant leak, gushing gas tank, and a bad wheel bearing everything is good on my 07 with 70k miles

2013 JKU Sahara ..... 5,600 miles no issues EXCEPT one strange event:

About a week ago while driving I could not get the front power windows to work. Back windows went up and down fine......front were a no go. I got to my destination, turned the Jeep off and when I started her back up they worked fine.

Not trying to hi-jack the OP's thread here but anyone else experience that?

The thing to keep in mind other than the fact that you're on a Wrangler forum is that most people post about problems not successes. That's human nature I suppose.

I've had to take it back to the dealership twice so far within 3k miles for warranty work but I keep in mind that so far the dealership is trying to make it right.

You have to remember that nobody is going to post a thread saying "Hey, my Jeep gave me No problems today." Because it would be really pointless. So of course the ratio of good to bad threads will be skewed in favor of the bad threads. My Jeep has given me No problems that I have not created.

'12 JKUR 9K miles. Smooth as can be! My '89 XJ Went 220k with major components working fine when I sold it... Sad day! Replaced a few water pumps on it was main issue. That 4L in line 6 was a GOOD engine!
