Anyone purchased a 2012 Arctic edition JKU?

Has anyone bought the 2012 Arctic Edition JKU? I'm strongly considering one and would love some feedback. Saw a silver one last night at my local dealer last night.

Thanks.

Purchased on my birthday last week. Love it. Only 400 miles on it.

I have had mine for about 1 week. I love it. Pa Arctic is right, they are not easy to
find. I got a 4 door in white. Never thought I'd like a white vehicle, but something about the black wheels and all makes this thing look sharp, and lots of people tell
me the same thing. Go for it.

i never thought it would work in white either. but my dealer also has a two door stick in white. the arctic works in any of the three colors! just a well thought out package. and if you never had heated seats, look out. very addicting. and the remote start is great. but seeing the yeti's eyes light up on the tach, takes it over the edge.

Bought a Arctic Chill Unlimited with six speed last week--from what I've seen, even harder to find. Totally love it! Get lots of compliments on the color...it's a tough color to describe and it really must be seen in person. I'm planning to change the front bumper this weekend to the Rigged Ridge XHD (stubby). I'm contemplating taking the footprint decals off too, not really digging them. Anyone else remove them?

Never had heated seats, but I am sure I will enjoy. I agree the Arctic is a nice looking package. With a manual tranny it's not as easy to add remote start.

I would describe the Winter Chill color as Glacier Blue.

I'm not sure what a 'Tip Start' is, but I don't see Remote Start on our build sheet, unless it's hidden in the AAHP Arctic Package.

I bought mine in November in Winter Chill. This jeep is what I always wanted. I dropped my Land Rover DII and will never look back. The options in this package are just spot on. I took the Arctic out openning day deer season in NJ and drove through alot of mud had a blast , this jeep looks good and is extremely capable to handle any obstacle rolling right off the showroom floor. You will not be making a bad decision in buying this Jeep. Go for it and enjoy!!

I bought mine and picked it up the wednesday before Thanksgiving, it is Bright Silver Metallic. I removed the yeti footprint stickers, put a rough country 1.75" spacer kit, and 1.5" wheel spacers on it. I have about 1400 miles on it and I absolutely love it, heated seats are great, everyone comments on the look of it....impatiently waiting for my vanity plate for her...probably the best vehicle I have had(I say probably becuase my 1998 Dodge Ram SS/T Black/Silverstripes was my first new vehicle and is the sentimental favorite) as a daily driver. Love going over curbs to get into the turning lane or to make a right turn when there is a car in front of me just cause I can! LOL

I bought an Arctic JK on Dec 16. I highly recommend it. NAV, Bluetooth, limited slip, & tow hitch. This is my 5th and (IMO) best Jeep.

Step up your game, or you will have to fork over $300,000 for one of these + Arctic badges from Ebay. The Jeep version is a way better deal.

It's funny you posted that picture of the Mercedes. I was driving my arctic edition (winter chill unlimited) the other day and the exact car (meaning body/wheel combination) pulled up next to me. The similarities in appearance blew me away. Had to wonder if they got the idea of this color combo from Mercedes.

I ordered my JKU Arctic Edition in winter chill back in October. Estimated ship date is Jan 9th. Getting excited.

Out of 400 Arctic's (80 JK, 320 JKU) to be shipped to western Canada 399 are automatic. Guess who is getting the only manual! So far very pleased with dealership. Having dealership install remote start too for free as it was part of their anniversary incentive.

Just curious how many manual tranny's are being built overall for the Arctic and specifically in winter chill. Anyone know?
