ARB compressor covered in oil???

I have a '08 JK with an ARB compressor and front locker.

I just pulled in the driveway and noticed smoke coming from under the hood. After investigating, my ARM compressor is covered in oil (which is dripping onto the Exhaust creating the smoke). The top of the solenoid seems to possibly be the source of the oil.

Any ideas on what could cause this? I didn't think there was any oil in an ARB compressor. Also, my compressor won't work now.
Thanks for any help.

Is it gear oil? Some diffs don't have proper drainage and must have draining channels drilled into the axle tube when installing your arb. Not doing so can cause oil to spew. Although usually its from the breather line though. Not positive, just spitballing here since I can't think of another way you'd have oil in your lines.
