Thanks, LauriLindsay and Sclui56! Out of curiosity, does the Rugged Ridge bar come equipped with brackets for mounting lights? If so, are they removable? I'm really only interested in installing the bar at this point, so I don't want unused brackets visible on the top of it.

The bar comes with 3 tabs welded already, see picture below, the middle is how it looks. I drilled some holes & used grommets to hide the wiring so nothing really hangs on the outside of the bar.

I've been thinking about swapping out the white trim on the steering wheel, vents and grab bar for cosmos blue. Ive seen MOPAR offering the vent and grab bar swap out but not the steering wheel trim. Maybe even having them painted winter chill.
Has anyone done this? Whats your thoughts?

We either have to do that or buy pieces in different colors, the finsih and white color is not going to wear well IMHO.

Hey Lindsay, I have a 2011 Mojave and I am looking to put a light bar on it like yours. Is there any way you could give me specifics of where you got your stuff and what all I would need to have/do? like type of lights, switches, drilling if needed, etc. I found the bar on amazon really cheap so I just need to know what lights and stuff I would need and if they come with switches and wiring or not. (I am not very good when it comes to being an electrician )
Thanks!
-Chris

Hey Chris, most of the Jeep places carry Rugged Ridge, I got mine up here in the great white north so you will do much better pricing in the lower 48. The lights I have are Hella 500's, they come with everything you need. Wiring, relay and switch. I picked the hella's rather than rugged ridge for the poly light shell, so no rust. Had a friend wire mine as Im not comfortable with the electrics either, but both the light bar and the Hella's come with pretty comp. instructions. Good luck !!

Thanks ! Quick question, did you just buy 3 single hella 500's? and did they come with switches? or do I have to look for switches and stuff for the lights? The reason I was looking at the Rugged Ridge lights is because its a package of 3 lights instead of 2 (I cant find a pack of 3 anywhere!) so should I just buy 3 single hella's? or how did you do yours?

I bought 2 twin packs of the Hella 500's. My son has a silver JKU on order so the extra one won't go to waste. The Light kits come with everything you need, wiring, relays, lighted switch etc. Rugged Ridge do a 3 pack but my local guy gave me the 2 twin packs for the same price.

Mine came with a block heater. I think every vehicle in Canada comes with one... Or at least all the dealers in my area of the country do.

What brand spacers you are using & how thick? The stance looks good. BTW, with the AEV bumpers, did you do anything to the suspension?

Spacers are 1.5". My dealer proposed 1.25" but I went a bit wider. I believe this is the max for the stock rims and tires. The front lamps and fog lamps, installed, where $500. They are INSANE, really light up the road and make a huge difference. I couldn't see at all w/the stock lights, and now it's just amazing. And the blue tint matches the paint, kind of cool.

I didn't need to make any mods to the suspension w/the AEV bumpers. I saw them on the Call of Duty poster, and thought it would look cool on the Arctic, something different. At this point, I'm not going to put a lift in as my kids are 8...it will be to high for them. I do want to re-do the stereo...investigating options.

Cargo mat for Arctic 2 door-- what to get?

Hi... I need a cargo floor mat for the back of the car since I have two wild beasts ( dogs) that endure the two hour drive from the city to our lake house. I regularly put the back seat up and down so I need one that will stay put. Any suggestions??? Thx

Can't you just flip the one that's already there upside down.? Then the rubber side is up, and no dog hair gets wound up in it. That's what I did... or are you meaning something else...

Thanks, the 1.5's look perfect, and the AEV bumpers fit very well. I am contemplating on what bumpers to put and really like the AEV's, save for the price Next alternative is the RR's.
