Great, never thought of using sheet metal screws. Thanks for the tip.

thanks. the smittybilt was a quality product, but after awhile and seeing black, the silver was just not cutting it. and the arctic is black accessories. the black does look so much better! the new rampage appeared to be be a top quality one piece insert.

mind boggling when you look at at all the choices for a simple grile insert! i do agree. this should be a factory item.

My Arctic's driver seat cover is peeling apart with only 5,000 miles on it. I weigh 210 lbs (proportionally) & did not drive offroad. Sent the sales guy I bought it from an email questioning if it's covered under warranty, no word yet.

Is this a Jeep thing?

not good. let us know about the outcome. should be warranty. thats one thing about the arctic seats. too nice to cover, and if you do, you lose a lot of heat transfer from the heated seats.

I use mine like a Jeep.

I've done 11 trails since moving here 3 months ago.

Today we did this and if the weather wasn't crappy the view would've been insane.

Warranty claim has been approved. Probably the new seat cover will be installed next week together with the engine service... high pitch rattling during acceleration, does not sound like the "normal" ticking issue others have. Brakes are already sqeaking like wife's 2010. Steering column squeaks too. I was well aware that getting into a Chrysler/Fiat product is risky, but still this Jeep is sending same signals as a high mileage beater. On the positive side it still looks new and the winter chill color is awesome My St. Bernard doggy loves traveling in the back with the rear window open

Color me crazy....

...but we are thinking HARD about trading in our 70th Anniversary Edition JK for a used, white Arctic JK that we saw on the lot today.

Hello. My name is mslandsurveyor, and I have a Jeep problem.

It will have to be an even steven trade though. We'll see what Monday brings!

If anyone is interested in trading their orange netting on the doors and lower dash for black, please let me know. Would throw in a little cash as well.

pretty much have mine the way i like it now. in the future i would not mind a spacer lift. just enough to bump it some. but for now just enjoying it. being a arctic, trying to keep it as stock as possible.

have only see one other 4-door winter chill in the area so far.

Newest addition: Take off Rubicon Rock Rails from Craigslist. To be quite honest, I don't think that I will ever want those OEM steps on another Jeep.

our Yeti

Our new Jeep at my mom's house in NC, picked it up in Alcoa Tenn 8 Jun and drove it out to OK. It's the wife's and our only ride till my BMW shows up end July. Was held at the dealer for 2 months for us, they said at least 12 people offered to buy it too. Only accessory is the Arctic spare tire cover, for now.
