Are these the right bump stops?

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased my first Jeep (2009 JK Unlimited X) from a dealership and I'm pretty sure they put the lift kit on it. It's a 2" spacer lift with some very large bump stops on the front that only allow for about 1.75" of downward movement. So the front end bottoms out on every speed bump and curb.

Is this set up right?

If not can these be cut down or do I need to replace them?

Their supposed to stop your front end from bottoming out...
Or is it the Bumpstop itself that's hitting?

Might want to upgrade the shocks

Those do seem insanely large for the lift you have. Wouldn't be able to get much flex out of that at all. Any idea what lift it is?

Its the bumpstops themselves that are hitting on just about everything. I have about 6" from the fender well to tire so I wasn't sure if this was suppose to be this way for when one wheel flexed down so the other side doesn't push up into the fender or something.

Looks like all the other equipment is stock. Im thinking it was a quick add by the dealership to make a quick sell.

I had to go look at mine lol

These are TF's front 2.5 coils w/ extensions. Seems about right.

What spring rate you have? Any weight on the front of your jeep? Might want to look into a stiffer spring and better shocks.

I haven't been able to figure out the brand, and the dealership was no help. Possibly Daystar.

You have rear bumps? No name on them or the spacers themselves?

Yea your right, does look about the same. No extra weight on the front end but have stock springs and shock still so replacement might just be the key thanks!

What do the bump stops look like. The stock ones are yellow and stick down about 2 inches

Looking at his pics, they are definitely not stock bumpstops.

No bumps on the back like on the front. Just short cones and there's no name on the spacers or the bump stops.

You would have blocks that sit on the axle.

Unless you have more of a leveling kit, which puts 1" in the rear. Not enough to really need a BS extension/block.

The closest thing I can find to this equipment is this Daystar spacer lift. But without the long bumpstops on the back.

The rear still has the stock yellow bumps on the frame and no extensions or anything on the axles.

The vehicle overall sits about 1.5" - 2" higher in the rear. It has 2" spacers above the springs like the front and 1" spacer blocks at the anti-sway bar links that connect to the frame. Unfortunately no visible names on anything that looks added on.

Those 1" blocks are your rear Bumpstops I think.
