Auto Show - 2011 JKU Non Standard looking Front/Rear Bumpers

So, I was at the Auto Show this weekend and of course spent most of my time at the Jeep display. They had a Tan JKU Sahara with the body colored top which was OK looking in person but still not my cup of tea.

What I did like was a nice Yellow JKU Sport S.
What I noticed about it was the matching front and rear bumpers were not the standard ones that were on the other Wranglers. I checked the Manufacturer window sticker on this Yellow JKU closely and no Optional Bumpers were listed on it.

So, I asked one of the Jeep "Product Specialists" chicks that were there in their mini skirts roaming about and got the reply they were part of the Sport Pkg, were Mopar not second party bumpers. These vehicles generally come straight from the factory to the shows so I doubt they were a local dealer installed option.

Real cool looking double pipe style that looks like Mopar but I have not seen anything like them. Take a look and see if you like them as well and if you recognize them as to manufacturer etc..

The Rear bumper wraps around the tub a bit

They're Mopar. Google "Jeep Wrangler Tubular Front Bumper by Mopar" and you will find them.

Any pics of the 'Product Specialists'?

Not sure I like the color of the Tan Sahara.

I used to take pictures of the many hot women that they have on display along with the new cars at these shows.

But my teenage daughter was with me this time, and when I went to take their picture I got some joking grief from her calling me a Pig. I need to be more stealthy I guess, or go alone next time. LOL

They make is very difficult to NOT be a pig sometimes

It looks great in the pic...but in person it's a yuckier yellow/beige. Wish it were as dark as the pic.

2 words that make them useful if they cover the entire front, vs the sad excuse for coverage of the one in that picture which makes no sense at all. ..

Love Bugs

I said useful, not attractive.

The "Sahara tan" does look good in that pic. Chrysler does need to darken the color up some, in real life.
