Axle Help 2000 TJ Sport

l lifted my jeep 6" long arm kit with 1" body lift and im running 37" mud tires and just the other day while driving my jeep on the road (I have yet to take it off road) I started getting a lot of vibrations in my entire vehicle. My rear axle was hoping and I found out that either something is loose in my jeep or I tore something in my axle. Its the factory 2000 Wrangler Sport axle ( I think dana 44, unsure though). If anyone has any idea on what I need to do to repair it to make it back to normal or has had this happen to them before please let me know what I need to do. I don't have the slightest of ideas on what I need to do to fix my jeep and remove all the crazy and intense vibrations im feeling throughout my entire vehicle. I feel it in my steering column and in my jeeps body. Body mounts and everything else is all tight. The shaking is in my axles as my shop has determined. Please leave your comments on what you may think my problem and what the fix may be. Thanks.
