Axle ujoints

How often do they need to be changed? I have an 08 jk with 53K and they are looking pretty gnarly with rust ect. I am moving and for a couple of months won't be able to do any wrenching at a vacation rental in HI. I am not having any vibrations or issues and I am somewhat worried about one going out. I have replacement super strong moogs with zerks. Should I replace now or wait?

Driver showed some play at 50k/07 rubicon. As long as you have no symptoms of a bad u-joint you're good.
Symptoms would be clicks, vibes, binding when turning.
