Back seat head rest keep falling out...

I have a 2012 Jeep JK. When the back seat is tumbled up the driver's side head rest falls out of it. There are two notches on the metal guide rods but they don't seem to "catch" when I put the head rest in. Any suggestions as how to fix this?

Check and make sure it is installed the same as the passenger side. If so, let the dealer worry about it, it's defiantly covered by your warranty....

Up Hill Bill,

I'll do just that! Just checking to see if it was something simple that I could take care of.
