Back window zipper broken on 09

Hey guys..Had to take the back window out of my wrangler a few minutes ago. When i went to put it back on, the little metal piece connected to the top is no longer firmly attached to the fabric. Which made it impossible to get the zipper connected. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it possible to replace just the zipper/metal connector or does the whole top have to be replaced? Warranty? I just bought this thing a week ago..First night I had it the plastic window cracked, now this. btw it only has 20k miles on it. Too make it better, its currently raining.

I'd run it by the Dealer, and see what they can do for you. Yes, it indeed does sound like a Warranty issue.

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

And yes you should be able to just replace the zipper, but if the window is cracked too, then you might want to replace the entire window. If the dealer won't help you (they should..) then take it to a boat shop or awning/upholstery shop.

You need to be extremely careful with the windows in cold temperatures or they will crack.
