Anybody know if installing these violate the Maxcare warranty? I have a 7 yr. 84k warranty on my 2012 JK. I am looking to install an Alpine camera with a Mygig adaptor for the 430.

Thoughts and Thanks,

Has anyone gone through with adding a rear camera to display on the factory navigation? I just purchased (today) a 2012 Unlimited Sahara with the 730 navigation and am looking to make this upgrade shortly. Thanks!

Look at the Lockpic unit. Plugs into your reciever and has multiple camera inputs. There camera is awsome also.

I did with an Alpine HCE-C300r and a NavTV ALLGIG. It came out great. The only issue was where to mount the camera given the license plate holder on one side. Given the limited towing capability we used the tow hitch to hold the camera.

Thanks for the responses. I ended up finding a couple other threads on the forum regarding people's installs as well. I just received a quote for the camera, harness (they said it wasn't the Lockpick) and install for the Unlimited and it was $540. I'm waiting to hear back what part they plan on using so I can determine whether I'd rather buy the parts separately and just pay them to install and wire the camera portion. The rest seems simple enough but I want the wiring to be completely hidden and look professional, which is not my specialty.
