Yes, there are over a 100 screws! lol No, there are 4 screws for each section, you attach them via tabs on the back side of the stock grill/facia.

Northridge4x4 Jeep Parts Online Store - Home is the retailer, but I cant find the grill online for some reason. The cost on the black powder coat was $400 IIRC.
