In your experience, what have you found to be the best and most affordable online vendors for JK parts? There are so many options and I don't want to waste time knowing you all have dealt with all of them.

Thank you,
S11

Most of the vendors will do price matching or offer some 10% off forum discount but why bother? Just go to the lower cost place to begin with. Personally, I like Morris 4x4. I find their prices are typically slightly lower or the same as everywhere else even with these so called forum discounts and they usually have $30 off discounts for purchases which total over $300. Their customer service is good as well.

I'm sure you will get a lot of Northridge 4x4 recommendations as well. My experience hasn't been the same in regards to their prices but I hear they have great customer service.

We have many excellent Sponsoring and Supporting Vendors in this Forum, all of which should be great to deal with!

But from my own personnel experience, I have been very pleased with Jason at KrawlOff-Road. Excellent pricing, Service and delivery as promised! He is my go to Guy..

I'll send these statements. KrawlOff-Road has always been excellent to deal with. Additionally, Fusion4x4 has been putting out some very interesting and enticing things as well. Dan has been excellent to correspond with and very patient with all of my questions.

KrawlOffroad, Allen's Offroad, and Elevated Offroad have all been fantastic. Get quotes from them all then go for it.

My vote is for Northridge 4x4. I work with one specific sale associate there and he's been very good to me. He gets me the best prices and even let me order from the Black Friday sales a little early. He's very informative and honest with recommendations. I used to price hunt, but I just go straight to Northridge now, as I know I'll get a fair price and great service. I did have them price match one thing I saw on special for Black Friday, but it was super easy and no fuss.

I find that with the forum discounts Quadratec offers, their prices and customer service on a number of items I've bought are significantly better than anywhere else. Even (especially) large ticket items up to and including axle assemblies.

This is what annoys me about Quadratec. I go to their website, which is great but their prices listed on their website are much higher than what I see listed everywhere else. I'm not really into the call them up and negotiate a deal when I'm shopping. I just want to put it into my virtual cart and buy it, so I don't tend to buy anything from Quadratec. When they start putting lower listed prices on their site without me having to do the forum member, price match, or I know a guy hokey pokey dance to get a good price then that may change for me.

Northridge 4x4, Quadratec, and 4WP/4WD for certain items.

I also use Google often.

So here was my experience today. I just finished installing the Teraflex HD hinge and tire carrier. I wasn't too pleased with the included TF rear brake light bracket that comes with the carrier and would have preferred the TF adjustable extension brake light bracket instead. That's typically a $75+ bracket by itself which I feel is overpriced but didn't have many other options at this point.

I shopped online at the following locations.
Teraflex: $82.99
Ebay: $78.76
Amazon: $75.86
Northridge 4x4: $78.84
Quadratec: $78.84
KrawlOffroad: $78.84
Morris 4x4: $78.84

As I'm shopping Morris 4x4, up pops a promotion on my screen. $10 off orders over $75. Add it to my cart, and it automatically applies the promotion code MORRIS10 for me. $68.84 free shipping. I didn't have to go look up some forum member 10% off code, send anyone a PM to match the best price I found, call anyone, or give a secret hand shake, etc. I just had to go to Morris 4x4 and they gave me the best price around while shopping on their site. That works for me, Morris 4x4 is my go to. They made an item that I wasn't very happy about over paying for less painful with their automatic discount.

Although I do not buy a lot of stuff for our Jeep, when I do it is generally through Quadratec. Rick here on the forum is a great guy to deal with and I've always received good service.

When I found a slightly lower price on Amazon for some $1,200 accessory than what Quadratec was selling it for, I sent a PM to Rick and he beat Amazon's price by $1.

Rick at Quadratec is great. I don't mind contacting him or his team for pricing. They also don't mind when I contact them with questions or issues. I'm sure the other active supporting vendors are great too, I'm not implying they won't help. I typically avoid the guy that is priced way below market, for fear of knockoff crap or lack of service/support.

Two largest ticket items I've purchased so far have come from Extreme Terrain and I've been very pleased with their prices (both Black Friday deals) and their customer service before and after purchase as I had questions. Other than this I've bought a few smaller items from Amazon.

Thanks for the good word!

We do our best to offer low prices on our products. We also offer price matching in case you find the product you're looking for cheaper somewhere else!

We offer a forum discount as well, and all you have to do is shoot me over a PM and I'll take care of you! I'm your go to guy for anything ExtremeTerrain related or even if you just have a tech question! Always here to help.

Most of my stuff came from Quadratec, usually next day shipping to me.
Rick is usually great, although I did pm him for a price on a Spicer diff and never heard back ? very strange.
Extreme Terrain has been great also.
and for Mopar stuff, crate axles, engines, and the heavy stuff,
America's Most Wanted 4X4 in Holly MI. great people, awesome prices and fast shipping.

I've found with online vendors that most of them are pretty much the same. Reasonable prices, good service and quick shipping. They all want your business.

For me, what separates them isn't when things go right, it's when things go wrong.

Having said that, I've been going through Quadratec. So far things have been going right. One small bit of annoyance, though, was when I went there to look for a cargo rack and storage bag. On the first of eight pages of listings, they had the cargo rack and storage bag listed separately. On the last page, they threw in the same storage bag for free if you bought the same cargo rack (and at the same price). Lesson learned: look at all the pages before you pull the trigger. I wonder had I purchased them separately if they would have realized my error and zeroed out the storage bag.

Jason at Krawl has given me excellent service and prices. Northridge had by far the best price on my RK x factor lift and they were the only ones who stocked it. A newer forum vendor Western New York accessory shop went above and beyond quickly replacing my through no fault of their own defective jw speakers.
