Question Best Soft Top Care?

Hi Everyone!

Time for my first big noob question... What is the best way to care for the stock soft top for your Jeep? Any particular products that you guys (and gals) are fond of?

I use a foam brush at the car wash and i get mud off quickly. Stays nice. If you let dirt or mud sit on it too long it'll take several washes to un-stain it.

Bestop makes a soft top cleaner that I feel works great.
1.rinse the top of any large soil/dirt
2. I spray the top with the bestop cleaner
2.Then I let the cleaner sit on the top for about five minutes.
3.then I rinse off with a light spray of water
4. then I take a soft brush and scrub the top canvas.
5.Final step is to rinse and let it dry.

As for the soft top windows I only use warm mild soapy water and baby cloth diaper. Then I dry the windows with a clean dry cloth baby diaper.

People ask how I like my new top but they are shocked when I tell them it's a few years old.

Good luck

So for the windows would a regular carwash soap be ok? (Like I could just wash them when I washing the rest of the Jeep?)

Most manual car washes have a setting where it shoots out soap in the pressure washer, that's what I use at the car wash place. Then when I get home I got over it with a damp warm baby cloth, then i take a dry cloth and dry the windows. The car wash brush would scratch the soft windows.
