Bestop Half Door / Trektop Compatibility

I looked around and didn't see this specific question anywhere, but I like the look/affordability of the trektop compared to other soft top options. Come summer time, I'll also be in the market for a half-door combo set. Bestop also has a good looking set of those. Problem is that the trektop appears to be the only of bestop's soft top options that is not listed in as compatible with those doors.

Could this be just because the manufacturer or retailer has not updated their information on the site? I don't see anything glaringly obvious that would make compatibility with the trektop any different from the supertop, sunrider, or halftop.

Any info, especially first-hand experience, would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Oglethorpe -

I don't have a answer to your question as I am not planning on replacing my stock door (since I typically have them off in the summer anyway), but .... in case you have not bought your Trektop yet, I would advise you to go with the TREKTOP NX instead of the original Trektop. Take a look at streetsideauto.com. I just bought mine there for only $464.99 with no sales tax and free shipping. And, they threw in a 10% gift card($46.50) to use on a future purchase...which I gladly used.

If you don't get an answer, you could try searching the bestop website. It's rather helpful as well.

Take care

Thanks for this. Looking at the Trektop NX bullet points, here's one of the bullets:
Choose the optional door style you want; use your existing full steel doors, or use any Bestop door kit (sold separately) including 2-Piece Doors, Upper Fabric Doors, Element Doors or Lower Fabric Half doors.

So I take this to mean that it would be compatible with any bestop door combination offering.

Thanks!

In case anybody was wondering about this combination, I emailed Bestop and got the following reply:

"Yes the 2 piece soft doors are compatible with the Trektop NX."

So that settles it! Thanks again!
