Bestop trektop or rampage trailtop?

Some of you may have seen the picture I posted when cleaning my jeep, of the entire top literally down.... Usually I just flip the Top portion. Mainly because I can't stand the cumbersome frame of having to fold down the entire thing.. (That and not so much sun person)

The top is seven years old and pretty shot. Especially since I ripped it when taking it down.

In short, I'm looking to replace it with something simple yet durable. Something that doesn't require playing around with the bulky pita frame. I found both of these and unsure of which manufacturer to go with. I'm assuming that you do not need to fold down all of the bars with these Like you do the factory...

Anyone have any good reviews and experience with any of the two? If so, what is the best choice.

Thanks much!!!

I'm loving my trektop NX. I've also seen some Rampage tops and they looked equally nice. I chose the Trektop for 2 reasons: 1) I had a hardtop previously with no door surrounds for the softop, and the Trektop comes with hardware that the Rampage doesn't come with (and buying seperately would be more expensive); and 2) I liked the sunrider feature (top flips back over driver and passenger).

If you already have a softop and don't need door surrounds, the Rampage may be the way to go.

Are they really easier than mopar? Cause the OEM really is a pita. OF course, it doesn't stop me from putting it down.....

I really wonder why they dont make a hard top thats made of panels that go together like freedom panels, but the whole thing...over a frame......thatd be cool too...

Everytime i have ever posted, its always bull that comes out of me
