Bought an 07 JKU today - few questions

Finally bought my first jeep tonight. It's an unlimited X 2007. I have a few questions.

The ad the dealer had indicated it had "premium sound" from what I am reading, the premium sound would include subwoofer. The sound is not really that good, which is ok cuz I am going to install aftermarket anyway. If there were a subwoofer, where would it been mounted? Any pics anywhere on the forum?

Also on the deck, it has a phone button and I believe a u connect button, does this mean i have a Bluetooth capability or is this the deck they install on every JK?

Jus trying to figure out all the toys to play with or lack thereof.

Thanks!!

The subwoofer would be in the back right side of your cargo area. It's very obvious if it's there. You need to purchase a U-connect module to get the blue tooth capability. It's a dealer part and costs $157. The dealer also has to flash your ECM.

Is the u connect module something I would still need if I put an aftermarket touchscreen deck in? I would still want Bluetooth. Also what is flashing ECM and what will that do, sorry I'm a ultra noob...

No, the aftermarket deck will have it's own module. Flashing ECM = updating your Jeep's computer.
