Sounds about right.
If you look in the brochure of most any car, you will see "tinted windows" or something to that effect listed in the grid of standard features. Frankly, I bet you'd be hard pressed to find one that didn't have it indicated.
It's simply not clear. While they may look clear, automotive glass has a greenish hue to it. Like Pat@FieldsJeep said, it's a very subtle tint (I do believe the glass does indicate it's 'sunscreen' or something of the sort).
If you were to receive tinted soft-top windows, you'd probably have the option code as follows:
GCDP Deep Tint Sunscreen Windows.
I see you have a 2-door, so that code may be different, but my build sheet for my 2009 Unlimited Soft Top reads as follows:
GBBS Tinted Windshield Glass
GCBS Frond Door Tinted Glass
GCDP Deep Tint Sunscreen Windows
Windshield and front side windows appear clear, whereas the rear side windows as well as the soft top windows are very much tinted.
