Bumper issue

Anyone know the difference between the '05 bumper and an '11 bumper?

I am looking to put this bumper onto my new jk and it only fits tj style wranglers.

Can I mod my bumper to fit this, or should I look for a new bumper?

Does anyone have this bumper and recommend it?

I live in AZ, new jk is also DD, but also wheel atleast every weekend in the rocks and sometimes more.

Thanks

Your best bet is to find one that fits a JK.

If you were dead set on making it fit, you could remove the plastic skin on your bumper and remove you fogs because it looks like it would cover the openings. It would be much better to just replace the entire bumper with one that will accept the stinger, IMO.

I think I would feel better purchasing it if I knew the differences of the two, then I could make a decision on whether to buy or not. I may hit up the dealer and ask their parts manager. Maybe he could give me a scoop. I'm certain I could rig it up either way I just want to know how much hassle it will be to get the job done... thanks again daggo.
