My '07 JKU's bumper had no fog lights and I wanted some. I bought a Rampage full bumper and fog lights. I think the OEM lights will fit there as well. It has a winch mount I am hoping Santa will fill. ;-)

Yes. It fits under the RR just like the OEM.

Ryan, MTH put it pretty well in his post about the weight. It's not only the concern of the hinges and door but the OEM tire carrier itself. Next time you take your spare off look at the aluminum carrier close. It's unbelievably thin. I thought it was plastic until I put a file to it. Evidently Mopar was concerned enough to put a steel strap across a couple of the bolt holes in case the aluminum falls apart.
