Burning smell, wobble

Yesterday my 2011 JK had a lot of wobble in the front. It was bad enough that I had to drive about 30mph to the dealer. I only took it to the dealer because it only has 33000 miles on it. It has had a burning smell all week coming from the front drivers tire area. The dealers first reaction was "sounds like rotor or calipers". Any ideas? And if so, what's a reasonable amount to pay if they say this is the problem. I don't trust dealerships at all and wonder if it something else.

It's less than 36000 miles so let the dealer take care of it.

if its a rotor or caliper, if you drive it at night the rotor will glow a little bit. I had a car do that once.
