Part of your decision should include how long you think you'll have it. Once you drive it off the lot it's an almost 2 year old used Jeep, and there are a lot of them. Cosmos Blue is a very cool color, but the exclusivity on the brighter colors does not generally trend to better resale values.
If you're going to hold on to it forever, get it. If you will be trading in a reasonable # of years, a '13 might be a better choice for resale.
EIther way, check the online guides for the value of that jeep as a used vehicle now. Both private and dealer price. I bet the difference is less than what the dealer is offering and is closer to what it'll be worth in real terms. (At least that has worked for me over time).
One other potential thing on the early '12's is the 3.6 head issue. It's warrentied but a hassle to have to have that work done.
