Wink Buying and Installing a Soft Top

Hello,
I have a 2012 4 door Wrangler and am interested in purchasing a soft top. Can anyone tell me about the installation process of the soft top? Also does anyone have any recommendations on where and what type of top to buy?
Thanks,
Monica

Quadratec has a good selection Bestop makes oem and aftermarket. Check amazon when you decide. Some find good deals on Craigslist as long as you know what you are looking for and get all the right parts.

Installation Tip: Choose a warm day, do the final clamping when it has been in the full sun.

Optional: I used this for the first few times to latch the OEM premium soft top. But I now can latch it without the clamp.

Just to clarify: I did not drive around with the quick Clamp, It was just to help bring the front bar of the soft top close enough that I could get one of the latches to hook on. Then remove the quick clamp, then close the latch. If you close the latch before removing the clamp, the clamp will fall on your stick shift/tranny lever or cup holders. Once one of the latches is closed, the other side will hook on easily. I still leave the clamp under my seat just in case I have to close up the top when it is colder and that the top might still be a bit tight because it is so new.
