Buying seat covers. Color Question

Thanks for everyone's input on all my seat cover questions. I am moving forward with a purchase today for neoprene covers.

I like the Wet Okole's but they are too expensive. I have narrowed down to the Rugged Ridge and Coverking covers on Quadratec.

I have a red JK and was thinking about getting the black and red covers. Does anyone have these and how close is the color? I know it can't be an exact match but the closer the better. The Rugged Ridge covers look almost maroon in the pictures. How do they look in reality?

is there any huge difference between Coverking and rugged ridge that makes one better than the other?

thanks again for everyone's input on this.

Why? I was originally leaning away from it but it seems like most people like the neoprene.

Id like to know why as well. I have beoprene covers and love them. They dry really fast and protect the seats from my dog.

On a related note, is theft a problem with seat covers? My top is off on my jeep more than it is on. if I leave a set of $600 wet okole's top down in a parking lot, are the chances good they will disappear?

I dont see seat covers being a big item for theft unless the theives knew what they were looking at, which they probably dont and think you got them from wally world for $12.

Once you put them on your concerns regarding theft will be gone.

Edit: As far as neoprene

U either like or hate. Mixed reviews on here. I don't like the fact they soak in water like a sponge. Not really "waterproof" also they fade over time. I'm going by what I've read so don't take my word. I am either going with either:
1) Iggee
2) BestTop
3) DirtyMudder

i finally ended up ordering Smittybilt covers from 4WD.com. they had a deal going with a free rear cover with purchase of the front pair at $169. Also picked up a soft top boot which pushed me over $200. Google checkout offered $20 off on orders over $200 which offset the shipping cost.

my kids frequent the backseat and usually climb the tire to get in. I think that is most of the appeal. Lots of dirty shoes on the seat as a result. Which is cool. it's a Jeep not a Lexus.

last follow up on where I ended up here. The Red/black Smittybilt covers showed up but the red is more of a maroon and looked weird with my Jeep. 4WD.com was great about it and swapped me out for all black. Those arrived today.

These are nice covers. I am very pleased with the quality and they fit perfect. 4wd.com is still running the special of free rear seat covers when you buy the front. $170 total for front and back. JK or JKU.
