Maybe the person was hoping you had these to give away.

Call of Duty 2012 Jeep Wrangler MW3 Special Edition Greenlight 1 43 Diecast | eBay

Toys R' Us gave them away with a purchase of MW3, when it was launched.

I bought one yesterday on eBay.

Back In The Game, posted on another thread:

Although I do enjoy my 12JKUR MW3 but I must agree with the OP. Head issues, air in the coolant system, bad throw out bearings, weird manual transmission sounds, and on and on. Chrysler really does need to step up their attention to detail.

I hope you personally aren't having all these problems, with your 2012 COD MW3.

Hi all, really enjoyed reading this thread! I'm looking at some leftover 2012s in the area...what should I expect deal wise? I'm assuming that, with the 2014 models coming in the dealer should be eager to give these away

Brand new or with low mileage? I spent $33k on mine and it had 11k miles. I may not have gotten the world's best deal, but it was good enough to get me in the Jeep I wanted. All depends on how badly you want one.

I don't know the market, on the other side of the USA. However, in Maryland, 2 months ago, I bought mine for around $8,500 off MSRP, and I believe there is a $1,000 customer rebate and a $500 military veteran rebate now applicable.
In any event, you should be able to get a great deal.

Exactly, a good deal for you isn't necessarily a good deal for me...as long as you're happy with the deal. there will most surely be someone who got a better deal as you will get a better deal than some...

Very cool modifications in addition to your AEV equipment. I went the same route on my Moab.

Far as I can tell the lines related to the N28 recall are nowhere near each other. The tranny lines run from the radiator left and back, and the power steering lines are on the right, below and behind the washer fluid reservoir.. Maybe they made ours "right" since it's a special ed?? Anyone get this checked out? Am I right?

I had mine checked this week and they are going to have to replace the parts on that recall. They ordered them and will be replacing them as soon as they come in.

i go to the dealer tomorrow to have them tell me if they are rubbing etc. i really hope they let me in the shop and show me where the issue is (though i doubt they will).

i'd at least like to know what part they are replacing, esp since my dealer told me they are being allotted one "part" every 14 days, thus the is currently a 4-month wait. must not be a big deal if they are cool with a 4-6 month waiting list...
