Cam Sensor Leak

Sorry if this is a repeat question.

I'm looking at purchasing an '08 Wrangler which had an inspection report completed by the seller. The mechanic stated that the Cam Sensor had oil (not leaking but) weeping. Immediate repair is not required.

Is this bad? Is it just an O ring replacement? Any input it appreciated.

Thinking more about what the report said, it may have been phrased that the Cam Sensor was 'Damp'. Hope this makes sense.

Well, to answer my own question. A Chrysler dealer advised that these parts rarely require replacement but if they do, the rate would be 0.6 hrs and a $70 part.

As a result, I'm buying the Jeep (my first Jeep) tomorrow.
