Can I use factory fog light wiring for warn fogs, without the warn relay?

Does anyone know If it is suitible to directly wire the warn 330 fog lamps to the factory wiring without using the warn relay?

I read that you can wire them as long as they dont exeed 400w which I think is very high. If your warn lights are 55w I think it should be ok. I'm trying to find out if I can install my 2 hellas 4000 using the factory fog light wiring and switch, but the hellas are 100w each so I dont know...
