Can't decide which bumper any suggestions?

I've hit my first thousand miles on my jeep, and got tired of the stock bumper fairly quickly, so i decided to look for some new bumpers!

If you guys have had any of these and could give some good reviews or would like to just simply share your opinions, i'd greatly appreciate it!

Smittybilt SRC Front Bumper with winch mount and hoop

Smittybilt 76723 - Smittybilt Front SRC Bumper with Winch Mount in Textured Black for 07-11 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

Smittybilt tubular bumper with hoop (textured black)

Tubular Front Bumpers JK - Smittybilt

I'm obviously not trying to go to steep with the prices, so if there any other bumpers out there in the 200-500 range, then share them please!

Im a huge fan of poison spyder stuff, looks like you dont want a stubby though and the full size bumpers are rather expensive.

The Rugged Ridge XHD modular line of bumpers are real nice.
I have both the front and rear (will be installing the rear today)

Don't forget to look at the stuff we offer! It's all made in the USA unlike much of the catalog market.

I went complete rockhard fore and aft and even on the belly:

Rock Hard Jeep JK Wrangler Full Width Front Bumper

Took 3 people to mount the front bumper and 4 for the rear with the tire carrier installed. Chose 'em because I like the way the ends curl up for rock crawling approaches.

You guys have some seriously good-looking bumpers. Maybe if I buy a 2-door in the near future, like I'm thinking about...

The first is more of a full width while the second would be more a mid width I think. They do look considerably different. I prefer the mid myself.

My problem is I need (want) a 2" receiver in the front, and there are very few that offer it. I have LoD rear, and they said they would add the 2" receiver on the front full width, so that is what I am going with.

Picture this with the 2" receiver under the fairlead.

I'd say OEM stubby, but apparently I'm the only one on earth who doesn't hate the stock bumper

I don't hate the stock, and will probably do a stubby for a temporary fix, but I want a more heavy duty bumper for protection up front.

That said, I'm saving for either a Body Armor or a JCR bumper. I'm leaning towards the JCR because I believe the cutouts will fit the factory fog lights. Plus, I like the unfinished look of the bumper.

Love my PSC Brawler Lite. Bumpers are so personal, it's like asking what color should you get. Also bumpers depend on more than looks. Weight was a huge factor for me so I wanted a light weight, mid length, not a full 120 pound beast that would sag my front end. The PSC was about 65 pounds. A mid width or stubby gives more clearance in tight spots too around trees and rocks. Deer were not as much a concern for me (famous last words). Will mine protect from Deer? Sure but not as well as a huge one with a bar. I didn't care for the bar look. I doubt I will need a stinger on the trail either. If I had a 2 door I'd be more concerned about tipping (famous last words).

IMO, the best looking bumpers out there right now are the PSC Brawler Lite (I like the tube gusset one) and the new JCR Dagger with stinger. Both of those are what I would consider stubbies, even though PSC has referred to the Brawler as midwidth. For a true midwidth bumper, the JCR Dagger prerunner is pretty damn sweet, as is the LOD and Shrockworks. Never been a fan of full width bumpers.

lol. Yeah, yeah. Actually, the Rampage is only one of a few full widths that I don't mind. So for you.
