Carpeting coming up

So this is my first post and I've got a question I'm hoping someone has an answer to. The carpeting in the at the base of my 2008 JK Sahara Unlimited seems to be coming loose, and I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried wedging it back into place, but that only temporarily solves the problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Carpet tape or maybe even cut that section off?

Unlike most vehicles, the carpet in jeeps is fully removable. And there are drain plugs underneath it that you can pull to drain any water or mud that gets in the cabin while offroad. Many folks just pull out all the carpet and often bedline the interior.

I'll second that. One the happiest days was ripping out the carpet.

I'm having the same problem. Kinda sucks. It just looks really tacky and low quality with the carpet coming up. Hesitant to take out the carpet...

I wouldn't say "tacky" and "low quality," though I would say it looks "unfinished." But once you add a good bedliner, it looks better than it ever did with carpet. Take a look at the pics here: http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/mon...ect-99399.html
