Let the sun hit it.

Just had this happen to me also. I had my sunrider down so my front seats were completely exposed. My Smittybilt Neoprene Seat Covers kept my seats completely dry. This morning I didn't notice any smells, but I'll have watch for that over the next few days.

I bet it's the carpet and water under it you smell... But if not, as mentioned, park it in the sun topless for a day...

I soaked ours Tuesday to clean the past 8 months of dust/mud/ick out of them... They were dry by morning no problem and look and smell a million times better (Our mud is funky)

Pull all the carpet out and leave the top and doors off for a day in the sun.

Also, see the total soft top failure thread for how to avoid this in the future.

Just won't let that one die huh? When I was shopping for my jeep last year every soft top on the used lots stunk. Probably total soft top failures and left them closed up so long before drying...

My JK has been topless/doorless in the rain a couple of times. The seats dry within a few hours in the sun and open air. Pull the carpets and drain plugs, including the little storage tub in the back, and carpets/floors will also dry within a few hours in the sun and open air.

I have a similar problem in my 2010 Sport. The cloth seats reak like old wet fabric. Should I just leave the seats out in the sun?
