CB/HAM radio

Looking for a nice system to install in my newer JK. Would like the features to have CB/HAM/Scanner 2M. Can I get some feedback on what you have and why! Very new to this type of stuff and will be posting many "newbie" questions.

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Join ExPo and ping a guy that goes by Tennmogger. He's a Ham freak.

This red Mog is his next to my Jeep:

CB was the first to go in my jeep. Then ham. I wanted to join a four wheeling jeep club and CB installation was one of their requirements. I put them both up top on a rocky road radio mount (google it). I put the ham antenna on a rocky road antenna mount, the spare tire mount. The CB antenna is a 102" 1/4 wave whip and is mounted down low on my roof rack (Kargo master congo cage). All perform nicely and I have been happy with it. My ham is a Yaesu 8900 four band (10, 6, 2m and 70cm) and I have an extra rocky road antenna mount on the other side of the spare for my anticipated low band radio when time and finances permit.
